01The first call
Ronald Weaver called about a sand mound, talked to Kim, and she had Bob and Kurt come over that evening. They gave him guidance on who to call for perc testing and permits. JEM writes that Kurt's enthusiasm for building sand mounds sold him from the first time they spoke.
We needed a Sand mound installed, I called B&K and talked to Kim she had Bob and Kurt come over that evening, they we very informative and gave us guidance on Who to call for perk testing and permits. I’m so glad we picked Bob and Kurt to install the sand mound they did an excellent job installing it, very professional and courteous, customer satisfaction is upmost important to them. Kurt went the extra mile to make sure things were done right and we were happy with the end result. If anyone needs a septic system installed or any other excavating these are the people you want. From the the first phone call to the end results a very courteous professional experience.
02Before the dig
Eryn Thull says they worked to understand her plans and property so the system was installed and approved without issue — and saved some money in the process. richard geyer's replacement system got recommendations that, in his words, made it better than the original design.
Bob and Kurt installed a sand mound system on our property. They did an excellent job with the work. They were very professional and communicative. I really appreciated their attention to detail as they truly worked to understand our plans and property so that our system was installed and approved without issue. They even were able to save some money in the process. We definitely recommend them and will come back as we have more projects come up!
03During the work
richard geyer describes long days during some of the hottest days of the year, to keep the disruption to his family's normal water use to a minimum. JEM says Kurt kept in touch almost every day, from the first phone call until after the project was done, and answered every question in a way they could understand. Annie Vidunas: they arrived when they said they would and completed the work in a timely manner.
Had this father son team install a sand mound system to replace my failed septic. They were knowledgeable and actually made some recommendations that made my system better than the original design. When it came time to do the work they showed up when they said they would and put in some long days during some of the hottest days of the year to ensure minimal disruption of our normal use of water. Great to see a father son team running a business in this day and age. Their work ethkc is excellent and they are very good at what they do. Highly recommend their services!!
04After
When the dirt settled around Annie Vidunas's tank, she called Kurt for grass seed to match what he'd used — he promptly delivered some. Jesse Pentzer had riser joints sealed and the lawn graded to keep groundwater out. And when Rich Robert's septic alarm went off one morning, Bob called back within minutes and came out the same day.
Kurt and Bob replaced our failed septic system. They arrived when they said they would, and completed the work in a timely manner. They are very hard-working and give attention to detail. They clearly knew what they were doing and the project was completed without any issues. When the dirt inevitably settled around the tank, I called Kurt to request grass seed because I wanted to match the seed he originally used. He promptly delivered some. I highly recommend B and K Excavating.
